Feedback Anonymous has been working with the Boulevard Brasserie since 1998.

At that time, a restaurant refurbishment and radical change of menu style highlighted the need to measure customer reaction to these changes. The restaurant wished to ensure that new customers were being attracted, without alienating what was already a loyal and well established customer base.

Since then, Feedback Anonymous has continued to monitor customer opinion, sending in mystery diners every two weeks.

Since opening its doors in July 2005 – this new and exciting concept in Soho's, Old Compton Street, has very quickly established itself as one of London's leading bar restaurants. Feedback Anonymous has been working with the owner and management from day one – the provision of fast and genuine customer feedback on all aspects of the operation allowed for any wrinkles to be ironed out quickly and efficiently. Feedback Anonymous' role is ongoing.
