Whether you are an individual restaurant or a larger operator, our aim is to ensure that you receive the feedback that you require, whether this is a ‘snapshot' view of your performance at any given time, or a longer term programme.

Before we take on any new client:

We will come and meet with you in your restaurant . We like to ensure that we have a good understanding of your operation, your typical clientele and your staff.

Following each visit:

You will receive a copy of the questionnaire , as responded to by the diner, plus an overview report highlighting specific points of focus.

At the end or your package:

You will receive a progress report, compiling your results to date. We also like to meet with you again to ensure that we keep in line with your needs as your business grows and develops .

Our diners are unpaid:

In return for their feedback, mystery diners are offered a discount off their meal, the cost of which is passed on to the restaurant.

All our current clients offer a discount of 75% off a meal for two, including to the value of a bottle of house wine, but not including the service charge. The administration of this discount is undertaken by feedback anonymous.
